Rudong-based wind power equipment manufacturer goes public

Jiangsu Haili Wind Power Equipment Technology Co Ltd went public on the growth enterprise market (GEM) on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in South China's Guangdong province on Nov 24.
It is the eighth company in Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province to go public this year, increasing the city's total number of listed companies to 52.
Its stock code is 301155 and it issued 54.34 million shares during this round at 60.66 yuan ($9.50) per share, raising 3.2 billion yuan from its initial public offering and creating a new record in IPO fundraising among Nantong's A-share listed companies.
Jiangsu Haili Wind Power Equipment Technology, based in Rudong county in Nantong, is a leading manufacturer of parts for wind power equipment in China and a provincial high-tech enterprise in Jiangsu.
Focusing on offshore wind power, the company has obtained many intellectual property rights in offshore wind power towers and pile foundations. As of June 30 this year, it has had 77 authorized patents, eight of which are patents for invention.
It is said that the funds raised this time will be used for the offshore wind power large-megawatt supporting facility manufacturing base and other projects.
