The City North Hi-Tech Zone, located in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), and Pegasus Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement during the fourth China International Import Expo, which was held in Shanghai from Nov 5 to 10.
