Work on the Air Far Electronic Machinery (Nantong) Industrial Park commenced in the Hai'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone in the county-level city of Hai'an in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, on March 28 this year.
There is currently a 110,000-square-meter plant under construction as part of the park's first phase.
According to Zheng Jie, general manager of Air Far Electronic Machinery (Nantong) Co Ltd, the industrial park is dominated by electronic machinery, intelligent security, and robotics equipment manufacturing and aims to introduce and attract upstream and downstream enterprises. Its industrial output value is expected to be around 4 billion yuan ($616.91 million).
With a planned investment totaling 5 billion yuan, the electronic machinery industrial park is currently the largest single investment project underway in the Hai'an Electronic Information Industrial Park.
The project is committed to the research and development, design, and production of intelligent equipment and related components, involving industrial robots, key 5G materials, electronic components, and more.
