Six Nantong-based companies were included in the 2021 ENR Top 250 International Contractors list, which was recently released by the weekly magazine in the United States. 

Officials said that Nantong companies have made the list for the 16th year in a row. 

The companies are Nantong Sanjian Holdings (Group) Co (108th), Longxin Group (176th), Nantong Construction Group Co (189th), Zhongnan Group (193rd), Nantong Si Jian Construction Group Co (211th) and Jiangsu Nantong No 2 Construction Engineering Group (232nd).

In spite of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, complex international development environment, as well as the risks and uncertainty in the international engineering supply chain, Nantong's revenue from overseas contract projects increased 14.24 percent year-on-year to $1.04 billion from January to July.

The figure exceeded 25 percent of the province's total and is the second highest among cities in Jiangsu.
