In an innovative twist in the battle against the novel coronavirus, a COVID-19 vaccination facility at Nantong Railway Station – located in the Chongchuan district of Nantong city in East China's Jiangsu province – opened its doors for public on July 20.

It is reportedly the very first vaccination site established at a transport hub in the city of Nantong.

There are three aisles at the exit of the station. Two are for passengers with the Su Kang Ma, or Jiangsu health code, and those who have been vaccinated.

The remaining one is for those without the Su Kang Ma and who haven't been vaccinated. If they want to, passengers using this aisle can get the jab as long as they have their information registered under the guidance of staff members.

A total of 15 passengers were reportedly vaccinated at the station on the afternoon of July 20.
