New fishing spot to open in Nantong

A new fishing spot will start trial operations on Yulan Lake in Langshan National Forest Park in Nantong on May 1, the first day of the May Day holiday, local media outlets reported.
The lake is located in the Yulan Valley, east of Seyuan Garden. The valley got its name from the nearly 10,000 magnolia (yulan in Chinese) seedlings growing there, covering an area of more than 26 hectares.
The lake is home to many kinds of freshwater fish, including crucian, black carp, bream, and silver carp.
Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from May 1 to 31
Price: 200 yuan ($30.9) for four hours

How to get there: Take bus No 48, 99 and 616 and get off at Seyuan station
Those who drive their own cars can park in the parking space near the western gate of Seyuan Garden.
