A photo taken on Feb 6 shows thousands of red lanterns are decorating Dongdajie, a historic neighborhood in Rugao, Nantong. The neighborhood originated during the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and is home to many ancient buildings with hundreds of years of history.
