The Shuihui Garden in Rugao will offer free admission to workers from outside the city during the Spring Festival holiday from Feb 11 to 17.

Those who are not permanent residents of Nantong and have a residence permit issued by any public security bureau in Nantong can book a visit to the garden one day in advance on the garden's official WeChat account.

To enter the garden, visitors are required to show their booking QR codes, ID cards, residence permits, and green QR codes that prove they have not traveled outside Jiangsu province in the past 14 days.

The garden will implement a free admission quota of 3,000 people per day to limit the total number of visitors to less than 75 percent of maximum capacity.
