The Yancheng-Nantong Railway has passed its safety assessment and will begin operations on Dec 30.

Being the first railway with a designed speed of 350 kilometers per hour in northern Jiangsu province, the railway stretches 156.6 km and stops in Yancheng, Dafeng, Dongtai, Hai'an, Rugao and Nantong.
