Jianghai Delicacy Cultural Block, located in Chongchuan district, Nantong is a demonstration model for integrity of operations in Jiangsu province.

Seated in the national 4A-level scenic area of the Langshan Mountain scenic area, the one-kilometer-long cultural street is home to the first delicacy museum in the province. There are 21 commercial tenants in the block, mainly catering outlets, teahouses and hotels providing seafood, freshwater fish and Nantong local cuisine. Not only popular among Nantong locals, it also receives many tourists.

"It not only is a street of catering enterprises, but also represents the image of the city," said Wu Feng, Party branch secretary of Jianghai Delicacy Cultural Block. To satisfy consumers requires both delicious meals and a brand of integrity.

The Jianghai Yugang Restaurant is a model of the block's management integrity. It set up an electronic sign in the hall to enable visitors to supervise the ingredients room, warehouse, and kitchen. In the food ordering area, the prices of all kinds of aquatic products are displayed to the public.

"From ingredients to serving, the guests can supervise the whole process," said Hong Guang, the person in charge of the restaurant. "People will visit repeatedly as they eat at ease."

Though affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in the first half of the year, annual turnover grew by five percent over the previous year.
