The Chongchuan-Ningqiang dedicated job fair was held in Ningqiang county, Hanzhong, Shaanxi province on Nov 10. The two sides have jointly hosted a job fair for four years in a row since signing an agreement on labor service cooperation.

Over 700 positions were brought by six Chongchuan-based enterprises to Ningqiang, mainly involving general operators, technicians, quality inspectors, warehouse management, operation customer service and laboratory analysts.

At the recruitment booths, the staff enthusiastically provided job information and explained relevant policies to the job seekers, answering their questions; they also signed employment intention agreements.

"It is difficult to find a job due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I have stayed at home for several months," said a job seeker surnamed Liu, who successfully signed a recruitment agreement based on his previous working experience. "This time the Chongchuan enterprises came to recruit workers, so I had to try."

In addition to the offline booths, the host also initiated an online recruitment method. Through scanning a QR code, all the job seekers could enter the Chongchuan "cloud employment" livestreaming platform to watch enterprises' presentations about the positions, communicate with the companies online, and apply for the jobs they liked.

The livestreaming received 23,000 views and 823 resumes.

During the labor cooperation, the human resources and social security departments of Chongchuan and Ningqiang also signed a tripartite training letter of intent with the Chongchuan enterprises.

In accordance with the employment needs of the enterprises, Ningqiang will carry out oriented employment trainings to transport more skilled personnel to Chongchuan in later periods.
