The second Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo is currently being held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai. It will run until Nov 24.

Sixteen cultural companies from Nantong are attending the event, showcasing products that integrate culture, tourism, media, and creative lifestyles.

The expo was organized by the publicity departments of Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Anhui, and Shanghai. Its slogan is "building a shared future for cultural industries throughout the Yangtze River Delta region".

Around 870 cultural companies involved in tourism, film and television, stage performances, comics, animation, electronic sports, news, publication, and digital culture are displaying their products and seeking cooperation opportunities at the expo.

The Nantong delegation is displaying traditional products such as blue calico, red wood carvings, and banyao kites, as well as modern products such as emoticons.

A Rugao-based company is showcasing a number of products themed on the city's longevity culture, as well as emoticons featuring the Rugao and Nantong dialects.
