Some standout works submitted for the 2019 China Public Service Advertisement Huanghe Awards are currently on display at the Nantong Modern Art Gallery in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province.

The exhibition will run from Nov 15 to 29 and showcase more than 300 graphic, outdoor, and video designs.

The event is organized by the city's market regulation administration and is meant to be a source of inspiration for local advertisement designers, help improve their design skills, and promote the development of Nantong's public service advertisement industry.

The Huanghe Awards are a national-level honor established decades ago by the China Advertising Association. They have been approved by the State Council.

A total of 5,192 works from China and abroad have been submitted since this year's competition was launched in April.

After evaluation by a panel of industrial experts, seven works received gold awards, 12 received silver awards, 17 received bronze awards, and 208 received "outstanding" awards.
