Nantong students salute Air Force of CPLA
More than 100 students in the aviation class of Nantong Middle School came together to create the patterns of the number "70" and an aircraft on the playground, showing their respect to the Air Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (CPLA), which was established on Nov 11, 1949.

In 2015, 16 aviation classes were set up in schools around China to select and cultivate talents for the Air Force.
The aviation class of Nantong Middle School enrolls students from Nantong, Taizhou, Yancheng, Huai'an, Suqian, Lianyungang, and Xuzhou in Jiangsu province. A total of 131 students in three grades now receive high-quality education in the school's aviation class.
Over the past three years, 43 students from this aviation class have been admitted into the Aviation University Air Force and 20 students have served at the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
