Tongzhou Bay to boost numerical control industry

The Bosunman Industrial Company officially started operating in the Tongzhou Bay demonstration area in Nantong, East China’s Jiangsu province, on July 18.

The company, which has received 180 million yuan in investment, mainly focuses on the research, development, manufacturing, and sale of digital automation control equipment, industrial robots, and machinery.

Its headquarters cover an area of more than 20,000 square meters and consist of a factory and a R&D building. It is expected to produce 200 million yuan in annual output.

A high-end numerical control equipment industrial alliance was also established in the area. 

Consisting of Bosunman Industrial Company and another 50 firms and institutes, the alliance will help build a 350,000-square-meter high-end numerical control industrial park in the area, which is estimated to earn 8 to 10 billion yuan ($1.46 billion) in annual sales.
