A number of cultural industrial parks have been built, including the Langshan cultural industrial cluster, Taobao cultural and art city, the 1895 innovative cultural industrial park and a home textiles design industrial cluster.

A total of 85 city-level cultural industrial projects have been launched, including an exhibition and experience center for intangible cultural heritage and a cultural and entertainment complex.

The local government also established an online management platform to monitor and promote  the latest state of cultural projects.

The city has also made a great effort to combine culture with tourism, textiles manufacturing, catering and sports to promote the innovative development of the industry.
