Seven scenic spots in Nantong, East China’s Jiangsu province, will open to the public for free on May 19, which became China Tourism Day in 2011.

The seven scenic spots are Seyuan Garden, Junshan Mountain, Green Valley, Hai’an Jianghuai Area Cultural Park, Rugao Changjiang Medical Botanical Garden, Rugao Dinghui Temple, and Rugao Jin Dao Ecological Park.

A variety of activities, including a poetry reciting competition and a flower exhibition, will be held throughout the city’s scenic spots, with the Langshan National Forest Park serving as the main venue.

The Zhou Ji Green Expo Garden will arrange family tours for children with disabilities, while the Nantong Forest Safari Park will offer tourists a close up of some new-born cubs.
