The Belt and Road Human Civilization – Lu Yushun’s Exhibition opened at Nantong 1895 Cultural and Creative Industry Park, Jiangsu province on Dec 16. 

The exhibition is being jointly hosted by institutions including National Museum of China, China Artists Association, Global People magazine, China National Academy of Painting and the Nantong government.

Xu Guoxiang, Party secretary and director of the Nantong municipal bureau of culture, radio, television, press and publication, introduced Nantong’s historical and cultural deposits, as well as its artistic achievements at the opening ceremony.

Xu hoped that Nantong artists could draw energy from the exhibition, integrating artistic elements with local culture, promoting artistic creation.

Lu Yushun is a famous landscape painter who combines Chinese aesthetics with western painting elements, creating his unique painting style. 

The exhibition showcases Lu’s 150 sketching works of foreign landscapes.
