The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Forum, jointly organized by the people's government of Chongchuan district and Shanghai Software Park, was held at Nantong International Youth Innopark, Chongchuan district, Nantong on Nov 11. 

A number of specialists, scholars and entrepreneurs communicated and discussed efficient ways to promote the development of public innovation and entrepreneurship.

Shanghai Software Park Nantong Branch Park was inaugurated during the forum. As the first cooperative park between Shanghai Software Park and Chongchuan district, the park can make the most of the resources of 13 public research and development service platforms, more than 100 specialists and scholars and over 1,700 invention patents from the Shanghai Academy of Science and Technology. More than 40 enterprises have signed up to settle in the park so far. 

Based on information technology and cultural creativity, Nantong International Youth Innopark consists of incubators for innovation and entrepreneurship, innovators' space, talents' apartments and commercial blocks. The park is located north of Nantong University.
