Henan Opera staged in Nantong

The classic Henan Opera, "Sesame Official", is staged at Gengsu Theatre in Nantong, Jiangsu province on Oct 11, attracting many Henan Opera fans. [Photo/zgnt.net]

The opera tells the story of Official Tang resisting authority and fighting for civilians during the Jiajing period of the Ming dynasty (AD 1522-1566).
